I celebrate every milestone — and there are many. A client overcame chronic pain through our training program. Many feel more confident because of the work we accomplished together. Another client was newly able to help their elderly parent lift luggage when they travel together. I will never get tired of hearing how good a client feels after a session and seeing the ways in which our work impacts their daily lives.

Health is the basis for quality of life and fitness is health in practice. I hired a personal trainer after having dealt with fluctuating weight and seeing no results from doing cardio machines. As a client, I was empowered by training and realized how crucial the work is to our longevity. I wanted to help other’s transform their bodies with functional movement to achieve fat loss, muscle development, and whatever their fitness goals may be.

I’m continuing to evolve, too. I continue to study anatomy, training mechanics, science updates, nutrition, and all topics related to training and movement — so I can apply the latest science and technical approaches to our work together.
